ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in June 2018 and currently lead a close-knit team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 18 years as a Financial Services Consultant, bringing a strong background in financial services and relationship-building into the agency. I also earned my MBA from the University of Missouri. Outside of work, I’m married with two daughters, and our family includes a cat named Avocado!
Being involved in our community is incredibly important to me. I’m active with the local Chamber of Commerce and serve as President of the Rotary Club, and our agency enjoys participating in community events and finding ways to stay connected to the people we serve.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
